Karachi:Dismissed Sindh police officials on Tuesday gathered outside Karachi Press Clubto protest against the dismissal of 300 Reserve Police officials.
According to details, at least 1700 Police officials have been dismissed by the Sindh authorities and that has resulted in a backlash from the dismissed officers as well as the police department. As yet no explanation has come into light for the sudden dismissal of such a large number of police personnel but there has been an outcry from the dismissed officials against this move taken by the authorities.
Sources have said that dismissed officers have gathered outside Karachi press club to voice their concern over thisunannounced action by the higher authorities. Meanwhile, clashes also witnessed between protesters and police.
