MUZAFFARGARH: Awami Raj Party MNA Jamshed Ahmed Dasti on Tuesday claimed that Punjab Police had planned to murder him in a fake encounter. Talking to reporters after reaching his native area in Muzaffargarh, Dasti said that the government wanted to make an example out of him because he had raised slogans against the PM. “I was subjected to inhuman torture in jail and even snakes and scorpions were thrown in my cell,” he said.
